LOGAN CITY SPECIAL SCHOOL – SATELLITE CAMPUS
Our team was engaged by The Department of Education to project manage the design and construction of a new school campus for Logan City Special School on Woodridge State High School land with a 6-month program.
This project included 20 GLA spaces, administration building, home economics room, staff rooms, offices, carpark and external works. This project also included sitewide fire and electrical upgrades to facilitate the new campus.
As a result of the new campus, Woodridge SHS had occupancy constraints. To overcome these constraints a new 2-storey 8 GLA space was also constructed in addition to 3 GLA and Staffroom renovations.
