HUME STREET, CENTENARY HEIGHTS
Concordia Lutheran College a constructing new Junior School buildings at the Stephen Street campus as the first steps in a larger master planning process. As Junior School projects are delivered on the Stephen Street site, it is expected that the Hume Street campus will no longer be required by the College for educational purposes.
Opportunities in considering different options regarding the future of the Hume Street site were considered and feasibly investigation undertaken. A residential subdivision for 67 lots has been selected as providing the highest and best use for the site. A Development Application is anticipated to be lodged with Toowoomba Regional Council in 2025.
